About the role
The Administration Assistant will be responsible for providing effective administration and accounts at our head office. This role will be maintaining an exceptional standard of administration.
What you’ll need to be considered
- Good working skills in Microsoft office.
- Confident skills for problem solving, time management and the ability to develop practical solutions.
- Good written and verbal communication, negotiation, people and networking skills to successfully liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain working relationships in teams.
- Good communication (written and verbal) including good phone manner.
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
- A valid Driver's Licence.
- Sound understanding of the English language and its diverse application in the group's environments.
- Ability to maintain workload and operational needs through prioritising and planning.
