The Role
The Accounts and Administration Assistant within the finance team is responsible for providing high-quality support to the Financial Controller and the wider business. Responsibilities include;
- Assist department team in general duties.
- Facilitate building maintenance as required.
- Daily tenant receipting.
- Payment of creditor invoices.
- Processing of Mid-Month and End of Month.
- Assist Asset Manager with outgoings estimates & reconciliations.
- Establishing and maintaining strong and positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure service excellence is delivered.
- Annual budget preparation and reconciliations.
- Approve purchase orders and invoices.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience across a similar role in accounts
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- High level of literacy and numeracy
- Strong work ethic/fast learner
- Solid Excel skills
- Understanding of property development/ construction is highly looked upon
- Strong prioritisation and excellent time management skills
