Administration Assistant
Our Business
Our business operates within the IT industry Australia wide and New Zealand. We are on the search for a committed, long term Administration Assistant, this is a newly created role, to support overflow.
Role purpose
This role is permanent in nature, to offer full time 38 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will be confident supporting a busy Administration & Accounts department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Accounts Manager, including preparing of monthly invoicing.
- Provide support with tasks such as filing, scanning and customer service.
- Dispatch of client solutions via DHL International, TNT and Team Global.
- Accurate data entry abilities to ensure correct recording of information.
- Embrace a variety of admin tasks, contributing to the smooth functioning of our team.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent numeracy skills and an eye for detail.
- Data entry and general computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
- Experience with MYOB AccountRight would be an advantage.
- Assist in managing task priorities and deadlines, ensuring things get done on time.
- Be proactive in identifying ways to simplify administrative processes.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a small team.
- A committed and loyal person, who is looking for long-term stability.
