As an Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Full-Time Administrative Assistant
(Part time will be considered)
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the financial advisors and broker team.
- Manage and organize appointment schedules, client meetings, and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing and processing insurance documentation, applications, and claims.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and databases.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and client satisfaction.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
- Perform general office tasks, including filing, scanning, and photocopying.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Knowledge of the financial advisory and insurance industry is a plus.
- Australian citizenship or valid work permit is required.
