CBD is a boutique company which owns, develops and invests in property in close proximity to the Brisbane CBD. We have primary interests in Residential, Commercial and Child Care assets and have been developing and investing for over three decades.
Qualifications & Experience
- High level MS Office skills with fast, accurate typing and document preparation.
- Excellent time management, organisation and scheduling skills.
- Property industry experience highly regarded.
- Bookkeeping experience beneficial but not essential.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Office Administration including document preparation, file management and communications.
- Assist in the Acquisition and Marketing program.
- Generating and issuing marketing reports and materials.
- Entry level bookkeeping responsibilities.
- Co-ordination with contractors and suppliers.
Personal Attributes
- Attention to detail and focus on task completion.
- Ability to work effectively in a small team.
- Happy personality with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Personal interest in property, construction, development and investment
