We are on the lookout for an administration superstar who can elevate our team and enhance our business operations. This role is flexible, ranging from 5 to 8 hours per day to accommodate the needs of our applicants.
Reporting directly to the managing director, you would be the go-to person for the office.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Highly desired: Strong knowledge of Xero and bookkeeping
- Highly desired: Strong knowledge of Simpro
- Highly desired: Strong knowledge of Workflow Max
- Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office suite programs
- A strong drive to enhance our business and provide excellent service to our clients
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to be proactive, multi-task and effectively prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine desire to deliver high quality work and exceed goals successfully
- Problem solving and ability to think outside the box to find effective solutions
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Efficient data entry and reporting
- Handling incoming phone calls and emails
- Bookkeeping using Xero
- Setting up and scheduling upcoming projects
- Generating detailed reports
