About the opportunity
We continue to grow at Detmold Group and we’re now looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to the team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global business.
Based in Brompton, SA, and reporting to the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you’ll provide high level administrative support to diverse stakeholders across the Group, both nationally and internationally.
This is a diverse and busy role, working with fast paced, energetic, and friendly people. No two days are the same; the team are high performers, collaboration and communication are key; they celebrate success, enjoy good humour and work well together.
Your abilities to multitask, prioritise and work well under pressure, will be critical to your success.
A positive approach combined with energy and enthusiasm will see you fit naturally within the team.
In terms of specific responsibilities, you will:
Book domestic & international travel, including travel Visa applications.
Order, collate & distribute corporate apparel & personal protective equipment (PPE)
Coordinate building maintenance requests.
Provide reception relief as required.
Assist with internal events & conferences as required.
Order office furniture, stationery, and catering.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and manage calendars.
About you
What you’ll need:
Experience in a similar role, ideally in a global organisation.
Proficiency in managing and booking domestic and international travel.
High level proficiency with the MS Office suite.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
A can-do attitude & proactive approach to problem solving.
Highly developed communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
Strong personal accountability.
The ability to work effectively in a team and independently, with minimal supervision.
