Trainee Administration Assistant for a Leading Commercial Services Contractor!

Working Hours: Full-time, 8am to 5pm, Adelaide time

This role is tailored for individuals fresh out of high school looking to dive straight into their professional journey, or those who've ventured into tertiary education and found it wasn't the right fit.
This role is limited to no professional experience in Admin, as this role is tailored to those new to the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound calls & emails during business hours.
- Assisting in service scheduling & preparing administrative documents.
- Engaging in data entry across diverse business platforms.
- Supporting stock management, purchasing, and general office tasks.
- Facilitating positive relationships with company employees, clients & suppliers.
Desired Qualities:
- Holds a valid car driver's licence.
- Permanent Residency (PR) or Australian citizenship is a must.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word & Outlook.
- A proactive learner with an aptitude for organisation.
