We are seeking to employ a dependable and enthusiastic team player for the position of Administration Assistant.
This entry-level role is perfect for a school leaver or student in the initial phases of their law and/or business degree, who would like to acquire valuable experience in a busy office environment.
The role is diverse and its primary purpose is to support our current administration team including by assisting with the following:
- handling and recording mail and local deliveries;
- file administration and record management;
- answering and directing incoming calls; and
- assisting with the day to day running of the office.
