Administration Assistant

You Connect (YC), is a not-for-profit organisation that supports people living with a disability, have complex behavior's and/or have mental health diagnosis that impact their day-to-day functioning. Due to rapid growth we are seeking an Administration Assistant on a Full time basis to join our team. 

You will work from our Gosford office, your duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Entering participant intakes into system and following up on any missing information.
• Creating quotes for any new or existing participants.
• Upload and maintain participant documentation in CRM.
• Create and renew service agreements.
• View NDIS Portal and ensure adequate funds are available.
• Updating NDIS line-item numbers in the database.
• Creating and maintaining participant activities.
• General administration duties

Skills Required:

• Time management and attention to detail is a must
• Strong communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the NDIS Sector
• Have current NDIS workers Clearance or willing to obtain one, WWCC and current Police Check
