You Connect (YC), is a not-for-profit organisation that supports people living with a disability, have complex behavior's and/or have mental health diagnosis that impact their day-to-day functioning. Due to rapid growth we are seeking an Administration Assistant on a Full time basis to join our team.
You will work from our Gosford office, your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Entering participant intakes into system and following up on any missing information.
- Creating quotes for any new or existing participants.
- Upload and maintain participant documentation in CRM.
- Create and renew service agreements.
- View NDIS Portal and ensure adequate funds are available.
- Updating NDIS line-item numbers in the database.
- Creating and maintaining participant activities.
- General administration duties
Skills Required:
- Time management and attention to detail is a must
- Strong communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the NDIS Sector
- Have current NDIS workers Clearance or willing to obtain one, WWCC and current Police Check
