Administration Assistant – Park Ridge Duties involve Office based role – all rounder Scanning & printing Filing Printing of invoices and putting the invoices together for each run Some customer interaction over the phone Organising service techs Picking spare parts Hours of work 8 hours per day/ 5 days a week About you Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word & Outlook). Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required. Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
