Your new role:
- Supporting the Manager with general administration, including assisting with invoice preparation.
- Accounts Payable/receivable
- Providing day to day office coordination including maintaining office environment, supplies and equipment.
- Prepare project quotations ensuring they are submitted within required time frames
- Supporting the team with ad hoc tasks
- Build strong, long-term working relationships with the team, suppliers and customers
What you’ll need to succeed:
- A meticulous attention to detail
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to multi-task
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and providing the best solutions for customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Full Australian working rights, as sponsorship will not be offered for this role
