Above Award wages - $60,000 p.a. plus super
5 weeks annual leave with 17.5% leave loading
YOUR ROLE
Based at our Corporate office, you will be responsible for ensuring administrative support to the Corporate Team. This will include duties such as, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, maintaining filing systems, ensuring inventory of office supplies and staff amenities, organising catering and equipment for our conference room and ensuring the area is clean, tidy and safe.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Provide efficient and friendly customer service to clients and staff, either face to face, via telephone or email.
Maintain filing and ensure correspondence is handled appropriately.
Manage calendars and prepare rooms for meetings.
Ensure catering requirements are organised and managed for both internal and external client groups.
Manage inventory and purchasing of office supplies and staff amenities.
Provide administrative support to the operational teams.
Ensure the work area is maintained in a clean, tidy and safe manner.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes to meet professional and industry standards.
Perform other duties as assigned within your scope/practice of work.
ABOUT YOU
Background or experience in administration.
Confident communicator.
Experience in using Microsoft Office.
Ability to be proactive in duties.
Proven ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with diverse cultural backgrounds.
Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in all matters.
A knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) principles and practices.
Successfully obtain a Working with Children's (Ochre) Card and National Police Clearance
The ability to travel when required as per organisational requirements.
