AddressBarossa Valley Collision is currently seeking a Part time Administration Assistant/Receptionist to join our existing team.
Barossa Valley Collision has been trading for over 40 years in the automotive repair industry. We have the latest in repair equipment and spray paint technology and we are looking for an energetic and hardworking Experienced Part Time Administration Assistant/Receptionist to join our team.
Located in the picturesque town of Tanunda, in the Barossa Valley region of South Australia.
The candidate must be able to operate as part of a team and confidently as an individual. Attention to detail is critical for a successful application.
We currently have a great team and are looking forward to welcoming another member.
About the role:
- Answering incoming calls
- Support various reporting requirements, generating purchase orders and Invoicing tasks
- Collate and maintain information in centralised database
- Maintaining the reception area, greeting visitors and following induction / contractor management processes
- Office management tasks including stationary and consumable management
- Interacting with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Coordination booking of customer repairs
To be a successful candidate for this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and experience:
- Strong organisational skills
- Adaptable and ability to work with a wide range of people
- A high level of attention and time management
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Confidence using Microsoft Suite Applications coupled with the ability to work across multiple systems
- Basic MYOB experience
- A proactive focus with a can-do attitude
