The Role – Administration Support
Operating in a dynamic fast paced environment, your key goals will be to:
- Assist with the day-to-day administration for the branch.
- Provide administration support to the Director.
- Prepare, compile and run daily reports.
- Process and manage paperwork within company standards.
- Answering all queries in a timely manner.
To be considered for this key position, you must have
- Experience in a similar Administration role is ideal but not required.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and provide support to staff and managers.
- High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage critical time deadlines.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to think laterally in problem solving.
- Demonstrated that you are highly organized, efficient and be self-driven, enthusiastic and a can do attitude.
- Hold a current drivers license.
