We are currently seeking a Full Time Front Desk Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join our team, this role will be assisting certain administration areas of the business.
You will be providing administrative support across the office and will report directly to the Finance Manager.
Main duties will include answering and filtering phone calls, monitor and manage emails externally & internally, meeting & greeting clients, data entry, filing and general office administration duties.
Previous experience would be preferred but not essential, however you must possess the following attributes;
- Have a friendly & positive phone manner
- Have intermediate computer skills - particularly Word & Excel
- Have a can do attitude and be self motivated
- Have great communication skills & be able to follow instructions
- Have great attention to detail and accuracy
- Be reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Hold a current Drivers Licence
