- Qualification and/or experience in Administration desirable.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritise workload with minimal supervision.
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to utilise a range of different software including but not limited to; Microsoft Office, i.Patient Manager (iPM) and Visage.
- Demonstrated excellent phone technique and customer service focus.
- Ability to demonstrate highly developed communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to screen and attend to confidential and sensitive enquiries.
