SPACE GASS is a local Geelong business that creates analysis and design software for Structural Engineers.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Administration Assistant to join our team. 15-20 hours – Mon-Fri flexible start, and finish times.
Reporting to the Administration Team Leader, you will assist in day-to-day office duties including accounts payable/receivable processing, invoicing, customer renewals and providing general administration assistance to the team. This role is based from our Newtown office in Geelong.
To be successful for this role, you will possess:
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Exposure to accounts systems and processes (Xero)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Fantastic communication skills
- Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
- A positive attitude and strong motivation
