As an Administration Assistant you will play an integral part in keeping all functions of the office running smoothly, whilst providing administrative support to management. It is essential that you are articulate with superior attention to detail. You will possess strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and CRM systems and take pride in your high quality of work.
Qualifications & experience:
- Positive, friendly, proactive and can-do attitude
- Solid attention to detail
- Data entry Experience in Accounts Payable
- The ability to effectively multi task within a fast paced environment
- Process driven
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
- Working knowledge of office equipment such as printer, scanner and computers
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite
- Professional interpersonal skills and phone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Has discretion in relation to confidential information

- Ability to prioritise tasks

- High level of problem-solving skills
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Responding to enquiries across a number of platforms including phone and email.
- Coordinating bookings between relevant parties
- Communicating efficiently with key contacts eg. Stake holders & customers
- All general administration and office organisation as required
- Provide administrative assistance to the wider team
- Contributing to team meetings
- General Ad hoc
