ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Admin Assistant in a contract position you will be responsible for general administrative duties to help support the team and providing a high level of customer service.
DUTIES.
- General administrative duties to support the team
- Data management and investigation
- Customer service and responding to email correspondence
- Processing payments/refunds
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Local Government experience is desirable
- Experience using Authority and MS Suite
- Knowledge or experience of parking infringement matters
