THE ROLE
As an HR Officer you will provide generalist HR support to stakeholders across the country. This role plays an integral part in facilitating continued growth, helping the HR team to provide exceptional service to employees and managers. You will be joining a large well-established, successful HR team and will assist in providing expertise in recruitment, on-boarding, HR administration and project coordination.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling, reference checking, credentialing checks and drafting employment contracts.
- Processing all aspects of the employee lifecycle including on boarding, staff movements and off boarding.
- Assisting the HR Team with providing advice and support in relation to company policies, procedures, legislation and the Enterprise Agreement.
- Responding to enquiries and assisting with the administration of the HR inbox.
- Assisting senior members of the team with HR initiatives and projects.
This is a Full-Time role based in Perth CBD.
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum of two years' experience in a similar HR support role
- Experience using a HRIS, in addition to well-developed MS Office skills
- High attention to detail and a solutions-focused approach
- Ability to quickly adapt to the changing needs of the business, demonstrating agility and resourcefulness
- Ability to engage, partner and communicate with a range of stakeholders working across day-to-day functions and HR projects
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (desirable)
