Scarborough Pest Control are a family-owned Pest Control Business based on the North side of Brisbane, servicing residential and commercial customers. We are expanding and are excited to offer a Full Time (Monday – Friday) Administration Assistant to join our small friendly team.
Key responsibilities
- Frontline management of clients through incoming and outbound calls and emails
- Technician scheduling
- Converting incoming calls to sales
- Following up customer queries in a timely manner
- Be able to multi-task to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- General Office Duties

- Well presented – clean and tidy presentation is a MUST
- Punctual and reliable
- Honest and hardworking
- Able to show strong attention to detail
- Able to work well unsupervised and as part of a team
- Exceptional verbal customer service
- Able to take direction from management
