Join our dynamic team in Werribee, Victoria! We are a growing training company. As we expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Administrative Assistant to provide crucial support to our operations.
The Administrative Assistant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, maintaining office efficiency, and assisting with day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Entering course results into CRM systems;
- Collection and receipt of paperwork;
- Liaising with Customers and/or Instructors regarding their completed paperwork;
- Submission of the completed paperwork to VicRoads;
- Ordering, receiving and managing stock and supplies used at our Victorian Training Centres;
- Providing administrative support to the Victorian team;
- Representing our company in a professional manner, assisting customers with their enquiries and bookings.
This is an entry level role, and full training will be provided, however the following is required:
- Knowledge of Microsoft office suite of products
- Sound numeracy skills, attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to quickly learn new information, processes and procedures
- This role would suit those who are wanting a change from hospitality or retail into an administration role, or who have recently commenced an administration role.
