On behalf of our client, a World Leader within the Energy / Oil & Gas industry, Brunel is presently sourcing an Administration Assistant for a 12 month contract located in their Corporate Perth CBD offices. Amazing opportunity to work with this dynamic Project Team.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing a wide range of administration support to the Project
- Supporting project correspondence process by using CDS (both internal and external correspondence)
- Maintaining desk plan / office plan / list of Company personnel
- Managing the organisation charts in SAP
- Coordinating and accomplishing sign off of key documentation for both Company and Contractor
- Booking flights / hotels / transfers and prepare travel request
- Coordinating flights, accommodation and mobilisation of all direct and indirect employees to client sites
- Providing support for coordinating working visas for team members
- Confident communication skills and collaborative attitude with other team members
- Advanced MS Office Suite skills
- Ability to work with different disciplines and cultures
- Previous SAP experience will be advantageous
- Maintain positive vendor relationships
- Ability to work independently
- 12 month contract
