A permanent part time position is available in our business for an Administration Assistant. This role will start out as 2-3 days per week with the possibility to increase. As a small business, the opportunity also exists to learn and provide relief support in our other office role.
You will be responsible for effective and efficient office administration and play a key role in the day-to-day operation whilst supporting senior staff.
You will have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience with Xero (desirable but not essential)
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Be honest and reliable
- Great attention to detail
