Opportunity for an energetic, experienced health admin professional to join our practice and provide administration support to a small team of allied health professionals. It is essential that you are able to multi task, have good computer skills ( email, word docs, electronic diaries, client record systems), have a positive attitude, good communication, organised and reliable.
Duties include; booking client appointments, managing client enquiries and referrals, diary management, answering incoming calls, responding to practice emails, ordering office supplies, mailing, processing payments, invoicing, maintaining a tidy reception area and client data base management.
This position will suit someone with previous administration support experience in a medical, allied health practice or similar business servicing families and children. Previous experience using HICAPS, NDIS or other point of sale payment systems and Microsoft products essential.
Our office is close to main rail and bus networks, shopping precinct and other services.
Monday-Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm.
