The Company
STEPS is a not-for-profit organisation, passionate about making a difference by providing opportunity. They pride themselves on providing individuals and communities with services, skills and opportunities to achieve their goals. Exicting Administrative Support Roles are available to support the leadership of the STEPS Pathways College.
STEPS Pathways College was created to address a growing gap in the needs of people with a disability and their families. STEPS found that while many people with a disability had the capacity to learn the skills that would see them living independently, there were no educational programs available in which students could learn these life skills in a way that would transform their approach to life.
