Job description

We are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant/Credit Analyst who wants to take the next step in their career. Joining two thriving offices (Bowral and Goulburn), you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within the lending industry and demonstrate a key understanding of lender policy and calculations. Or have equivalent industry experience.
Working directly with the lead broker packaging and supporting loans from lead to settlement your role will be a critical element in the rapid growth of the business.
Must have a high level of self-driven attributes, attention to detail, and ability to meet expectations to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Joining the team across two offices, the Southern Highlands and Southern Tablelands you will be responsible for the following.
We do offer a hybrid work-from-home option, so whether you are living in Bowral, Goulburn, or the surrounding suburbs we can facilitate. 
  
The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Use of specialized industry software
  • Complete client scenario management from lender policy to outcomes
  • Direct lender management
  • Management of client relationships with support staff
  • Seeing an application to the point of submission with support staff
  • Assisting the business owner to achieve business goals and to ensure an outstanding customer experience and satisfaction
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
  • A high level of professionalism always
  •  Previous experience as a loan processor or currently in a mortgage finance or related field with a minimum 2 years experience of lending or a similar field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills enabling you to deal effectively within the team and lender interactions
  • Excellent presentation
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
  •  High attention to detail and accuracy when working with complex calculations
  • Strong data entry skills are essential, as is the ability to learn quickly
  • Highly organised & proficient at multitasking
  •  Excellent understanding in the following Microsoft Excel, Word, and Macintosh systems
