Office Administration Assistant - Short Term (12 Months)

We are a specialist provider of temporary (labour hire), subcontract and permanent recruitment solutions in the Manufacturing, Civil Construction and Infrastructure Industries. We are currently recruiting and seeking EOI for an Office Administration Assistant to assist us with one of our precast facilities at Easter Creek, with the possibility of ongoing work for the right person. 
  
The Role:

• Able to perform Data Entry, converting hard copy documents to digital copy through manual data input
• Able to perform Data Analysis by reviewing different documents and identifying discrepancies and inconsistencies
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Reviewing quality documents and preparing summary reports
• Experience within construction industry preferred
• Role will be Mon – Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm only. 

About you:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and to work to deadlines
• Self-motivated with the ability to work within a team or autonomously
• A positive, easy going attitude, with excellent people skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a high level of attention to detail
• Recruitment / Administration support experience
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office including excel, power point and word
• Must have Drivers licence and own vehicle.
• Can start immediately after successful medical and relevant notice to current employer.
