We have partnered with a leading Energy Supplier to recruit an Administration Assistant for an initial 11 -month contract with the possibility of extension. This is a document control, Admin opportunity to learn design tools for future development.
The Responsibilities
- Raising invoices and purchase orders
- Organise and maintain office records and documents
- Raise shopping carts and post invoices in SAP (training provided)
- Manage daily admin tasks including correspondence, emails, phone calls and visitors
- Greet visitors and provide a warm and professional front-desk experience
- Maintain office supplies, reorder supplies as required and ensure stock levels are maintained in accordance with Ampol guidelines
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations and documents as required
- Co-ordinate meeting room bookings
- Assist members of the team with other ad hoc administration requirements
- Doc Control experience desirable
- SAP experience (procure-to-pay, expense management)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs and priorities
- Apr 24 to March 25 Contract
- $35.54 - $39.41 / hour + super
- Lytton location
