The role:
- Support the Operations Manager with daily admin tasks
- Order entry and other data entry duties
- Processing invoices
- Assist with stock enquiries via phone and email
- Following up outstanding purchase orders
- Booking transport with external carriers
- Good data entry skills
- Computer literacy and knowledge of MS Outlook and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High levels of dedication and commitment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
