About the team
Retail Ready Operations Australia (RROA) is the first Coles owned retail ready meat facility.
Based at Erskine Park, our site is highly automated, sophisticated and equipped to global best practice. We have a strong focus on team member safety, quality and continuous improvement whilst ensuring that customers' security of supply, quality, availability of product and value for money expectations are met.
Our facility is fully integrated into the Coles sourcing, production, and logistics and stores' network.
About the role
As the Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing efficient, effective and professional administrative support to our Head of Site and senior leaders
You will also:
- Manage site communications including announcements, newsletters and posters
- Organise team building events and support team member recognition
- Record, transcribe and distribute meeting minutes
- Maintain systems and databases for recording and storing documentation
- Facilitate hosting clients and visitors
- Ad Hoc initiatives and small projects
- A strong administration background, ideally gained within a retail or distribution environment
- The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment across all levels of the organisation
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- A high level of proficiency with the Microsoft office suite (particularly Excel)
