About the role
Continued expansion of Kinetic Engineering Services and associated companies has seen the need develop for an enthusiastic and motivated Administration Assistant looking to develop their career in the manufacturing industry. Responsibilities associated with this full-time position include:
- Generating Delivery Dockets/Shipping documentation.
- Raising invoices based on Approved Shipments in ERP.
- Processing and Sharing of Customer Statements monthly (under guidance of Group Administration Manager).
- Handling of Customer Inquiries; including invoices, charges, and request for Credits.
- Updating required software systems for time keeping, and payroll processing.
- Confirming Reconciliation of KES Vendor Statements to Aged Payables Report, monthly.
- Answering phone calls, and greeting visitors at the office.
- Mail Collection / Distribution.
- Scanning of documentation into electronic filing systems.
Additional Duties may include;
- Assisting with Administration activities within recently established associated entity NSV Australia Pty Ltd.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Commitment to Customer Services, with strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong computer skills, with previous experience with accounting software, along with Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Strong work ethic, with a hands on attitude to assist with stocktake and inventory management.
- Prior experience in Office Administration is beneficial.
- Manufacturing Industry Experience is beneficial.
