Classification: Health and Allied Services, Managers and Admin - HS1
Hours per fortnight: 48 hrs
Status: Max Term Part Time - Until December 2024.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a suitably qualified Administration Assistant to join the Medical Workforce Unit at Echuca Regional Health.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide accurate and efficient administrative support
- Assist in the onboarding process and accommodation reservation
- Assist with credentialling of doctors
- Use highly developed problem-solving skills to prioritise a high-volume workload and coordinate multiple work tasks concurrently
- Coordinate and assist with special projects and planning days/conferences as directed
- High level interpersonal skills
