This vacancy is maternity leave relief for an initial period up to 05/01/2025; the hours and period of employment may change according to the maternity leave requirements. There is also the possibility of an extension at same / reduced hours.
Lismore Base Hospital Nursing Administration Department is seeking an Administration Officer to provide management and operational support to ensure coordinated workflow and outcomes. You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate administrative and transactional services for members of the team to ensure timeliness and continuity of work flow.
If You Have
- Substantial experience with software systems, including Microsoft Office and those used for accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, rostering, recruitment, leave and payroll
- Substantial experience in the provision of secretarial support to Managers, including confidentiality, communication and resolution skills
- Experience in secretariat duties for committees and minute taking of management meetings and preparation of agendas
- Ability to write reports, documents and correspondence, including drafting complex correspondence accurately and clearly
