You Will:
- Be the point of contact for all Office Services
- communication i.e the phone, email, etc. Duties also include interfacing with clients
- Organise and assist the local leadership team with administrative tasks supporting local Senior Management.
- Managing the interests of multiple stakeholders and ensuring timely communication and response.
- Liaising with the Directors of the business and assisting them with their administration tasks.
- Get exposure and access to and learn the whole the business – can progress into senior positions or across divisions.
Duties:
• Assist with New Hire Training and Day 1 activities
• Assist with ordering team lunches as required and distributing to kitchen, training or meeting rooms
• Assist with office / meeting /event setup and breakdown including catering as required.
• Manage office kitchen including fridges and cleaners.
• Stocking kitchen and office for fruit, alcohol and snacks for Happy Hours and Fun Fridays.
• Assist with office access passes, visitor badges, parking, gym passes
• Assist with Travel bookings for staff and executives.
• Assist with scheduling of conference rooms and meetings as requested by senior management
• Reserve and maintain conference room calendars for all employees and events
• Assist HR with monthly birthday celebrations, holiday parties, hiring events, and happy hour.
• Create PO requests for orders > $250 and ensure approval is in place.
• Oversee the office recycling program scheduling education meetings.
