We are currently seeking an organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join our team. Due to our ongoing growth, this is a new role in supporting our accountants and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
This role will provide administration support to our team of accountants including but not limited to:
- Maintaining client information in our database
- Handling incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting them as necessary
- Scanning, data entry and document management
- Following up client documents
- Manage lodgement lists
- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Liaising with clients, ATO, ASIC and other institutions
- Assist with special projects and tasks as required
What we are looking for:
- Experience working in an Administration role
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
As this is a new role we would consider a full-time or part-time position – could suit school hours or a four-day work week
