We're on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to amplify our administrative operations. As a crucial support player, you'll manage a variety of administrative tasks and charm the socks off patients and stakeholders ensuring our healthcare services run seamlessly.
What you’ll do
- Manage incoming calls, emails, patient referrals and other correspondence, deftly directing enquiries like a pro.
- Support our amazing clinicians with booking patient and referrer engagement appointments.
- Keep our records shipshape and our database (Microsoft Dynamics) gleaming, safeguarding data integrity and confidentiality.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for staff members as required.
- Handle general office duties such as ordering supplies, greeting visitors, processing mail etc.
