Refuel Australia is a respected distributor of quality Ampol fuels and lubricants throughout the Pilbara, Midwest, Gascoyne and Murchison areas of Western Australia and the Northern Territory from Darwin to Alice Springs.

At Refuel Australia our people are the greatest contributors to our success. Due to an internal promotion we are currently offering an opportunity for a Receptionist and Administration Assistant to join our team, working from our Geraldton Head Office.
About the role:
Reporting to the Administration Manager, the Receptionist is responsible for the first point of contact duties for visitors to the Geraldton office and people contacting the organisation by phone and email.
The Receptionist is part of the larger Refuel Australia administrative team and assists with a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers by phone, in correspondence and by providing customer service at the Geraldton office.
• Answer incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
• Assist all walk in customers with any account queries and account payments.
• Undertake a number of specific, set, administrative tasks on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Undertake daily opening and closing procedures at Geraldton office, including end of day settlement of eftpos transactions.
• Order stationary supplies, weekly grocery shopping for the office, preparation of the meeting room and arranging catering if required.
• Keep scanning and electronic filing up to date, and manual filing and archiving.
• Assist the administration team with any tasks as required.
Relevant experience:
• Previous experience in the bulk fuel industry is desirable however not essential.
• Business administration Certificate III or similar relevant field and or past proven experience as a Receptionist of Administration Assistant.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software.
• Effective organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
• Great attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a courteous and professional attitude.
