Our client seeks an Administrative Assistant – Part Timeto join the Alcoa Wagerup team.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be Part Time Admin support for the Wagerup/Mining sites. The role might become full time in a year time but at the moment it is Part Time with a maximum limit of 24 hours a week.
You will need to reside in the area or a maximum 30 minute commute to Wagerup
About the role
The role responsibilities include:
- General office administration support to Wagerup and Mining Team.
- PPE stock.
- Support onboarding of new employees.
- Office supplies.
- RCN (Client Authorisation forms).
- Arranging catering for office functions.
- General ongoing support to Wagerup Team.
