A newly created role for a permanent part-time person to fill the duties of an Administration Assistant and Receptionist has become available. School hours, including the option to have leave during school holidays is on offer. If you have excellent communication skills, the ability to organise and prioritise, some previous office experience and sound computing skills – this would be a great opportunity for you.
Some more details of the role:
- Commence on or after April 15 (to allow for school holidays)
- Monday to Friday 9am to 2/2.30pm – based in office in Canning Vale
- Option to have leave during most school holidays
- Paying about $28 per hour plus super
- Parking and training provided
- Small team environment
Duties will include:
- Basic reception duties - not very busy
- Basic document control – scanning, filing
- Manage emails and communication
- Raising invoices and taking payments
- Assistance with scheduling
- A range of other admin support tasks in support of Admin Manager
- Use of Simpro, Xero and Slack software – training will be provided
