Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 8 months of experience in the Transportation Department.
- Knowledge of transportation and safety standards
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Ability to work at irregular hours and on holidays.
- Ability to coordinate with managers, drivers, and customers.
- Familiarity with using GPS and navigation tools.
- Data Entry Skills - Intermediate
- Microsoft Office skills - Intermediate
- Immediate response to emails concerning delivery updates, proof of delivery requests or any other queries.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Immediate response to emails, calls or texts concerning delivery updates, proof of delivery requests or any other queries.
- Handling any customer complaints and processing the urgent ones to the Senior Management
- Scheduling vehicle maintenance appointments
- Assisting in training new recruits
- Monitoring refueling of vehicles
- Providing assistance/ additional information as required to our drivers and clients.
