Join our vibrant team as an Administration Assistant at our Primary School. John Paul College are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to support the administrative operations and contribute to the success of our school community starting Term Two 2024.
This term-time only role will work Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 2:30pm daily, and will be primarily responsible for
• Contribution to positive, professional, and collaborative work practices the Primary School administrative team at John Paul College.
• Providing administrative support services including diary management, scheduling of internal and external meetings.
• Participating in document review, process management data entry, and information collation.
• Preparation of correspondence, information, data, reports.
• Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and associates of the College.
• Promptly and professionally responding to and triaging of incoming correspondence, communications and tasks.
• Complying with health, safety and environment policies, procedures, hazard reporting and safe work practices.
