Here at Dynamic Plumbing we are a young, fast moving plumbing & gas fitting company based in Bibra Lake.
Our office staff is needing additional support due to high work levels and years of work ahead of us. We are seeking a witty, smart, confident, self motivated person, who enjoys working in a close knit team but is also able to work independently and under pressure. Someone willing to go the extra mile & think fast.
The role will initially be part time, 2-3 days a week, with more days available to cover staff during leave/holidays (currently scheduled for March/April)
To be successful in this role (Qualifications & experience)
- Administration and/or customer service background is preferred
- Polite phone etiquette
- Team player
- Proven knowledge of MYOB is a must although training for this role will be provided
- Possess effective time management, organizational and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
Tasks & responsibilities
- Scheduling works for plumbers
- Liaising with contractors & suppliers to assist with job preparation
- Ensure schedule is updated & ready for invoicing
- General data entry & daily/weekly invoicing
- Taking phone calls and assist with contacting clients to arrange appointments and forwarding to appropriate colleagues
