Administration Assistant - Tamworth Nsw

In this role we are looking for an experienced road transport administrator to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for ensure all paperwork, including consignment notes and manifests are entered into our JAIX Freight System ready for drivers

In addition to these duties you will also be assisting the warehouse team, and you will be responsible for receiving, storing and dispatching customer’s goods held in storage. Along with various storage reports while working with our WMS.

 This role will require your strong attention to detail and high level of data entry accuracy. Excellent customer service and organisational skills will be needed as you liaise with customers, drivers, managers and other staff within the Land Transport business.  

To be successful in this role you will:

• Demonstrated experience working with Consignment notes and Manifests
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines and time frames  
• Strong Australian geographical knowledge 
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Great communication and time management skills
• Demonstrated experience within the warehouse/transport environment an advantage
• Previous experience working with WMS will be advantageous

Your hours of work will be 38 hours per week, with work hours between 8.00am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday with overtime when required.
