We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced administrative super star to join our team as the Administration Assistant to fill a 12-Month Maternity Leave position.
YOUR NEW ROLE
As the Administration Assistant, you will play an important role by providing general administrative support to Management, keeping our office running smoothly and supporting our online team. This full-time temporary position is based in our Head Office in Malaga.
WHAT'S INVOLVED?
As our Administration Assistant, you will provide administrative support across a variety of areas, including:
- Providing administrative support to the Directors and Management.
- Online customer service. This includes providing product advice to customers both over the phone and via email.
- Assisting our online team with product uploads.
- Answering incoming phone calls.
- Organising internal meetings and functions.
- Maintaining the kitchen, reception, and meeting areas.
- General admin duties such as filing, petty cash, and banking.
ABOUT YOU
You are exceptionally organised with a keen eye for detail. You recognise the crucial role that administrative support plays in enhancing team efficiency. Your skills and experience include:
- Previous experience in an administrative role supporting a team.
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Work & Outlook).
- Current drivers' license.
- Customer service experience.
- Knowledge of adult products would be a bonus.
