The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to be part of our vibrant team.  This role is Temporary Part-Time, 6-months (2-3 days per week), to provide valued administrative support to the corporate services team and the wider organisation. 

This role is responsible to:

  • Provide support the Front of House Team. 
  • Provide support to the Client Engagement & Marketing Coordinator.
  • Assist with Human Resources administration activities, including OHS admin and training bookings. 

About you: 

The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be capable of learning quickly and enjoy working as part of a team. Along with the following:

  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced administrative role.
  • Ability to meet deadlines with strong organisational skills.
  • Accomplished analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Possess intermediate level MS Office skills (Excel, Word & Outlook).
  • Previous experience or a keen interest in HR and Marketing activities. 
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in interactions.
