Do you love a role that is filled with variety, one where you can build a strong rapport with customers and perform a real mix of administration (assisting Internal Sales), customer service and reception. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Perform various administrative tasks working closely with Internal Sales and other teams
- Data entry – create Sales Order in ERP system
- Reception - answer overflow calls (most calls go directly to individuals)
- Meet, greet and accept couriers, drivers with paperwork etc
- Confirm information with customers via email
- Assist customers wanting to change or update orders
- Build ongoing rapport with regular customers who can put in multiple orders throughout the day
- Take credit card payments and liaise with Accounts in H.O. in relation to payments
- Provide back up support in other duties such as Delivery Docket support – match orders with dispatch paperwork for proof of delivers, scan to Sydney H.O.
- General duties including mail, couriers, scanning and organising office supplies

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
- Proven office experience preferred, however open to candidates coming from retail/hospitality or similar and wanting to develop an office based career
- High level attention to detail
- Friendly and welcoming – love building a rapport with customers
- Happy to be based on Reception however most of your work is more administration and customer service orientated
- Can-do attitude – happy to help other members throughout the team
