Currently seeking a dedicated and highly organized Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join a prestigious accounting firm located in the vibrant city of Brisbane.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a professional environment and contribute to the smooth operation of the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Incoming and outgoing calls to and from clients and insurers.
- Responding to Client emails.
- Processing Monthly funding for policies bound by Brokers.
- Liaising with insurers about premium adjustments or changes
- Providing closings to Insurers.
- Small endorsements, ie address changes, name changes etc purely processing.
- Some Debtors management, namely unallocated cash, processing of refunds, 90 day debtors management.
- Processing cancellations.
- 12 months experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Previous experience working in an accounting firm or professional services environment is desirable but not essential
