A fabulous full-time opportunity has become available for an experienced RTO Administration Officer to join the friendly and supportive AMEP/SEE Program team in Caloundra.
The Position:
This role will provide high-level administration support for education and training programs delivered by the STEPS Registered Training Organisation (RTO) including, but not limited to accurately processing student enrolments, assessments, attendance information, reporting and claims for payment.
In addition, this role will act as the primary point of contact for the provision of information to both internal and external customers. All administrative tasks are to be coordinated and completed within timeframes and communicated to relevant stakeholders to assist the STEPS RTO to achieve its business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Act as primary point of contact to both internal and external customers.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service by responding to all enquiries, answering all inbound communications, and providing assistance to all internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update the Student Management System, databases, and dashboards to ensure all training sites and classes are provided with up to date attendance records.
- Process all changes to a client's status into departmental systems ensuring these are actioned in line with expected timeframes.
- Gain and maintain knowledge and expertise across all course delivery schedules, internal processes, and relevant contractual requirements.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in delivering exceptional customer service within an RTO/Education setting is desirable.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, time management and administration skills that deliver accurate and reliable data entry and administrative support.
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build effective relationships.
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- A friendly, positive and bright personality who enjoys collaborating with team members.
The successful candidate will be required to complete a Microsoft Office skill test, hold a NDIS Worker Screening, Paid Working with Children (Blue) Card and a current Driver Licence.
